The owner receives an annual rent in Kilos of INAC Fat Steer corresponding to 50% of the CONEAT Index of the field at the time of the start of the lease, with the average price of the immediately preceding semester published by Inac.
The owner can opt for a pre-established fixed rent that is negotiated in each particular case.
In turn, the conditions of production and conservation of the establishment's natural resources can be established.
