European Commission Communication on the authority empowered to issue certificates of authenticity within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 620/2009

Council Regulation (EC) No 617/2009 of 13 July 2009, published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 182 of 15 July 2009, opens a tariff quota for the import of premium quality beef.

Article 7 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 620/2009 of 13 July 2009 specifies that the release for free circulation of products imported under this quota is subject to the presentation of a certificate of authenticity.

The authority listed below is authorized to issue certificates of authenticity under this Regulation.
